Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Shipping is free everywhere in the United States on orders over $35. Under $35 it is a flat $3.99. No code needed. The price on the shirt is the price you pay plus sales tax where it applies.
Every shirt is printed after you order it, so there are two clocks:
- Production: 2 to 5 business days. During November and December this can stretch to 5 to 7 business days because every print shop in the country is buried.
- Transit: 3 to 5 business days once it ships.
So plan on about a week to ten days from order to doorstep in normal times, and two weeks in December. You get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves the facility.
Holiday ordering
For Christmas delivery, order by December 14. We will post a firm cutoff on the front page in early December once the printer publishes theirs.
International
Not yet. We only ship inside the United States right now. International shipping costs more than the shirt does, and charging you that felt like a bad way to meet.
Returns and exchanges
Because every shirt is made for you specifically, we do not restock returns. Here is what that means in practice.
If something is wrong with the shirt, we fix it. No argument.
Misprinted, damaged, defective, wrong item, wrong size from what you ordered: email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement free, no questions. If you would rather have your money back, we send you a return label, you drop the shirt in the mail, and we refund in full as soon as it reaches us.
If you ordered the wrong size
We cannot refund a shirt that came in the size you ordered, but we will print the right size and charge you only what the reprint costs us, with no markup. Email us and we will sort it out. Read the size guide first next time, it is genuinely useful.
Lost in transit
If tracking says delivered and it is not there, give it 48 hours, carriers scan early more often than you would think. If it still has not shown up, email us and we will reship it.
Wrong address
If the address was entered wrong and the package comes back to us, we will reship it to the corrected address for the cost of shipping. If it does not come back, we cannot replace it for free, but tell us anyway and we will see what we can do.
Cancellations
Orders go to the printer fast. You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering, before it goes to print. Email us through the contact page to cancel or change something. After that it may already be on a press.
Reaching us
Use the contact page. Emails get a real answer, usually within a day.
