Jay Jam Apparel respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
When you browse the site we collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, which helps us keep the store working.
Why we collect it
We use your information to process and ship your order, to contact you about that order, and to handle returns or problems. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share order details with the companies that make this work: our print and fulfillment partner, who needs your shipping address to send your shirt, our payment processor, who handles the transaction, and shipping carriers. Each receives only what they need. Our advertising partners receive browsing and purchase information as described under Advertising and analytics below.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us using the contact page and we will respond.
Advertising and analytics
We use advertising tags from Google (Google Ads), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Pinterest and TikTok. They measure which ads lead to visits and purchases, and they let those networks build audiences so our ads reach people who have visited the store, or people like them. To do that they can collect the pages you view, what you add to your cart or buy, your IP address, browser and device details, and cookie identifiers. When you place an order, a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email or phone number may be sent so the sale can be matched to an ad.
On most pages these tags load only after you interact with the page, for example by scrolling or tapping. On the cart and checkout they load right away.
To opt out, block or clear third-party cookies in your browser settings, and adjust ad personalization with each network: Google, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok (in the app under Settings and privacy, then Ads). You can also opt out of interest-based ads from many networks at once at optout.aboutads.info.
Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep your cart working and remember your session, to let our payment processor prevent fraud at checkout, and, through the advertising tags above, to measure ads and build audiences. Our email signup form (Hostinger Reach) also sets a cookie. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart will stop working if you block all of them.
