Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Jay Jam Apparel and any order you place with us. By ordering you agree to them.

Products

Every item is printed to order. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the printed garment, and print placement can vary by a small margin, which is normal for printed apparel.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time, though a change never affects an order already placed. Payment is taken at checkout.

Shipping

Items are made after you order, so allow production time in addition to shipping time. We ship within the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns and exchanges

Because each item is printed for you, we do not accept returns for a change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they enter production. Once printing starts we cannot cancel.

Our designs

The artwork and phrases on our products belong to Jay Jam Apparel. You are buying a shirt, not the right to reproduce the design.

Limits

Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies.
